Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten news eu commission years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
